Lasted a very long time. Applied liberally. Do not rub in like lotion, just cost the area. Wrap with syran wrap, at least an hr. Remove wrap, wash skin, let the artist do their thing! 9hr tattoo, 6 hrs totally painless, the rest was really not as intense for pain as it would've been with nothing. No side effects for me, ink held just as good as no pre treatment. I over hydrated days before, didn't have any alcohol for the week prior, and kept my skin hydrated and clean shaven daily to prep for this tattoo. And i think the cream worked better than expected. 10/10. It's a gray feeling to be done with a 9hr piece and not have my body in total shock from trying to manage the pain to push through. No twitching to annoy the artist. And he was happy to have me using the cream. I did my time with no cream. Will use this Everytime from now til they stop making it.
